What is a Concierge Service?                            

Concierge Services are the solution to balancing work and home. We advise and help you arrange, plan or organize anything that you do not have the time or the patience to do yourself. We are a personal assistant, personal shopper, consultant, errand runner and event planner, and are capable of handling a wide array of tasks allowing our clients to enjoy more time to do the things they value most.

Who provides the Concierge Service? 

The Jus Posh LLC services are efficiently run by our staff, which includes Founder/CEO Janelle and her partners.

How long will it take to process my concierge request?

The time it will take to process your request will depend entirely on the nature or complexity of the request. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your inquiry to give you a preliminary estimate of the time required.

Can you guarantee to help with my request?

We can guarantee to do our best. It may be that your request proves impossible to execute, for example if the services or information you are interested in are not actually available in your area. In which case, we will only charge you, with your approval, once we are confident that we have explored all possible avenues.

Can you do same-day requests?

Same-day requests must be called-in to check availability. Please don’t submit same-day requests on the website or through social media. We will always do our best to accommodate you.

 What if a service I require is not listed?

All clients needs are different and might not be listed on the website. Please inquire-we pride ourselves on creative problem-solving.

What makes Jus Posh different from other companies?

Jus Posh provides personalized one-on-one services at an affordable price. Our goal is to complete the job as you would personally like it done. Many other services merely book appointments for you and have no personal relationship or knowledge of your particular needs.  We learn your preferences and are personally committed to making your life easier.

How do I schedule your services?  

Contact us via our website or email: info@jusposh.com or call us at (484) 597-6100 to determine how Jus Posh can best serve you.  We prefer at least 48 hours notice for any given task but we realize that we don’t live in a 9-5 world, and that emergencies happen. We will do everything we can to accommodate an urgent request. Please do not submit any requests via social media pages.

Are materials, products and additional services included in your hourly rate?

No. The client is responsible for paying all additional charges on top of the hourly rate and membership package.

Can Jus Posh LLC really arrange anything?

Yes, just about anything that is legal and moral... and if we cannot perform the service for you, we will quickly and efficiently find the best resource for the task.
